     Our Premium Ethiopian with              citrusy aroma, bright acidity,            medium to full body. Wine,
       berry flavor tones predominate
       with a surprising hint of
       leather.

      Our Yirgacheffe is
      washed coffee in which the
      coffee beans, after having
      the outer layers of skin and
      fruity pulp removed, are
      soaked up to72 hours in
      fermentation tanks.

Napoli Guatemala Antigua:

  Italian Medium Roast
         This carefully cultivated
         arabica from the volcanic
         highland of Guatemala
         Antigua Province is superbly
         aromatic. Rich, lively, and full
         of flavor, yet very heavy
         bodied with bright acidity.

Bizzarri Blend:

Medium Dark Roast

    Wonderfully rich and flavorful as a espresso and perfect for milk-based drinks.  Also recommended as an all-day drip coffee for its rich complexity and lingering finish.


Arco Etrusco:

Dark Roast

    Named for the famous arched entry to Perugia, Arco Etrusco is the darkest of our blends. roasted specifically for drip coffee drinkers, bold and rich with a smooth, non-bitter finish.

Mezzanotte Decaffe:

Medium Dark Roast

    All the qualities of our other blends without the caffeine. This coffee is versatile as both a flavorful espresso and a drip coffee.
